Beginning December 21, the CFTC was not able to publish reports on time due to the partial shutdown of the federal government. After the government reopened, it published one report on Tuesday and another on Friday of each week. The reports are now current. Beginning this Friday, it will follow the normal once-a-week schedule.
10-year note: Currently net short 234k, up 18.9k.
30-year bond: Currently net short 34.7k, up 36.1k.
Crude oil: Currently net long 433.5k, up 15.6k.
E-mini S&P 500: Currently net short 86.5k, down 44.3k.
Euro: Currently net short 72.5k, down 2.5k.
Gold: Currently net long 135.7k, down 10k.
Nasdaq 100 index (mini): Currently net short 19.5k, down 6.3k.
Russell 2000 mini-index: Currently net short 2.4k, down 21.7k.
US Dollar Index: Currently net long 31.9k, down 926.
VIX: Currently net short 89.7k, up 15.4k.
